The Priest[]
The Faithful Servant[]
The Priest is a support style class that wields Staves, and a Mace or Sword / Orb combo, utilizing their holy spells to aid their allies in battle. Priests wear cloth armor, but their protection spell gives them a holy shield that drastically increases their movement speed, allowing them to survive dangerous encounters and reposition to heal. Priests deal a mix of Fire, Lightning, and Physical damage depending on their choice of weapon, but are generally weaker in melee combat than most other classes. The mace can be a devastating weapon when it connects, allowing for quick successive strikes, but its slow speed and long recovery on whiff can spell doom for an overconfident Priest. Priest is the only class capable of resurrecting fallen allies during combat, provided they have enough Faith.
Skills[]
Divine Guidance(Q) - 1s, 5s, 3s CD: Channels the power of the Holy Light to summon an oracle at the designated location. After a brief delay, it heals friendly targets and deals active Holy damage to enemy targets within the area. The healing effect has a chance to critical strike. (Requires a Staff/Orb)
Additionally, when the Resurrection passive is consumed, revive ALL fallen allies within the radius.
Cleanse(Q) - 0s CD: channels the healing power and cast to friendly or yourself for heal. Channel longer for more healing effect.
Divine Protection(E) - Instant, 40s CD: Instantly activates to apply a [Divine Shield] to a friendly target, making them immune to all damage for 3 seconds; Press Interaction Key (F) to apply it to yourself.
Guard(E) - 30s CD: Instantly apply shield to friendly and yourself for 60s (15m range from priest)
Passives[]
Cleansing Rites: At 38 Faith, the Divine Guidance can now cleanse all debuffs on target and be immune to all debuffs in a short duration.
Resurrection: At 75 Faith, Divine Guidance can now resurrect a fallen ally - this can be performed while in combat to quickly recover and continue the fight. This passive can only be used once per adventure but will reset when taking a corrupted portal to a deeper level of the adventure.
Faithful: At 30 Stamina, Priest restores a decent amount of mana when landing a critical hit.
Benediction: At 48 Intelligence, Divine Protection and Guard can store up to two charges.
Recompense: At 24 Dexterity, healing from the priest also increases movement.
Weapons & Armor[]
Priests are capable of using all one handed maces, shields and staves.
Priests use cloth armor.
It is recommended to attain 24 Dexterity to increasing movement speed for a solid engagement. additionally, attaining 38 Faith is good to keep any slow debuffs off of your allies.
