In Dungeonborne, there are currently seven classes available: Fighter, Priest, Rogue, Swordmaster, Pyromancer, Cryomancer and Death Knight. Each class offers unique mechanics that greatly impact gameplay.

The Classes:[]

Fighters can serve as tanks to protect allies or take charge as courageous frontline commanders.

Priests provide healing and support to their team, making them powerful allies capable of sustaining long engagements and speedy egagements - or retreats.

Rogues excel in assassination, thievery, and deadly dagger attacks, rewarding careful calculation and execution.

Swordmasters are nimble blade wielding duelists with magic-enhanced swords for powerful strikes.

Pyromancers are devastating spellcasters with mastery of fire, able to knock foes away and unleash destructive Fireballs.

Death Knights are terrifying warriors that strike fear into enemies with their soul-sapping aura, delivering sustained damage and capable of pulling distant foes - or allies - into melee range.

Cryomancers control the field of battle with bitter cold frost spells, they can freeze enemies in place and even encase themselves in protective ice to survive the deadly attacks.

Each Class has two abilities, and five unique passives which are conditional modifiers to your character's kit that are unlocked by reaching certain stat thresholds. These thresholds can be viewed at any time in the Base Camp or in Game by checking your character's stat sheet and hovering over the individual stats.

Selecting the appropriate class is crucial for success in the game as it determines a player's combat approach, available weapons and armor, and overall playstyle. By familiarizing themselves with the unique mechanics of each class, players can create a character that aligns with their preferred playstyle and increases their chances of victory.
